Legal Fusion takes pride in connecting legal talent to the right opportunities. Investing in our candidates pays big dividends and our track record for successful, long-term placements is sky high. Fundamental to this ideal is understanding our candidates’ backgrounds and experiences, motivations for making a move, and their long-term career objectives. We learn about their work styles, the types of work environments they thrive in and what platforms will be most beneficial to their professional development and expansion of their practices. We seek to know their “must haves” and their “really wants” in their next role. Once we have this critical foundational information, we can then begin to identify appropriate opportunities. For each opportunity we present to our candidates, we provide detailed information about the specific opening so candidates can fully assess the opportunity. On the flip side, we don’t bother our candidates with opportunities that we know they will not be interested in—even though they may be perfectly qualified. We understand that our candidates’ time is at a premium and seek only to present opportunities that fit their designated criteria.

We assist attorneys on all fronts—from revising a resume to working on business plans and the dreaded Lateral Partner Questionnaire. We provide attorneys with market intel, discuss their career objectives and develop strategies for meeting these objectives, identify potential opportunities and then prepare and assist them throughout the interview process and offer negotiations.
Legal Fusion places partners and associates at all levels of seniority and across multiple practice disciplines in law firms throughout the West Coast–with a particular focus on the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento. Our law firm clients include international, national, regional and boutique law firms. We also place attorneys in in-house legal departments in companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
