Legal Fusion conducts retained, exclusive and contingency attorney searches for international, national, regional and boutique law firms.  Legal Fusion also recruits attorneys for in-house legal departments for companies of all sizes–from start–ups to Fortune 500 companies.  Additionally, upon request, we place paralegals and other legal professionals.  Our focus is on conducting searches for clients up and down the West Coast, with a particular emphasis on the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento.

We work hand-in-hand with our clients, providing them with current market trends and intel, consultation regarding their specific needs, strategy development for attracting top talent and execution of customized searches to solve their hiring needs.

Legal Fusion also puts a premium on working closely with our candidates.  We first meet with all of our candidates to obtain a clear understanding of their backgrounds and depth of legal experience: what truly motivates them; what they want and need in their next role; and what their short-term and long-term career objectives are.  We then strategize with them on how to attain their professional goals, provide career counseling and coaching, identify potential opportunities, and prepare them for and guide them through the interview process.

Legal Fusion is dedicated to one overriding, enduring principle: connecting the right candidate to the right position.
